Occasionally, IT problems may occur because of a faulty piece of hardware that needs to be replaced or repaired. These instances cannot be performed remotely or over the phone, however TidalWave offers professional 'on-site' support should you need it.

*Visits available Mon To Fri 09:00 to 18:00 (exc. Bank Holidays). The cost of parts, replacement hardware, or consumables required to affect repair are not included in the call out or additional on site hourly charges. Equipment may require removal from site for repair or reconfiguration. Additional charges may apply for the return and reinstallation of equipment at customer's site.
